Yoshi (c) Nintendo
How did we get Yoshi from eating healthy things like fruit to just plain strange things like flames, Venus Fire Traps, hammers and STOP signs during his adventures? Either the Mario Wiki is ruled by odd writers, or Yoshi is one strange creature.
But that said, let’s take a look:
Firstly, you’ve made good use of the pole and floor textures since the cot was made pretty nice and evenly, and the Japanese-scripted rug underneath it is a nice touch. On the inside, you have a beautiful patterned design for the bed covers and the toys have a certain feel to them, perhaps nostalgic on my end.
Secondly, even I, emotionless bastard that I am, find it a bit tough to resist those adorable baby blue eyes of Yoshi, and his tiny helpless figure, as he cries out for some fruit. I suppose we should all be lucky that it isn’t baby Mario crying in the cot, right?
I do believe this is worthy of attention, and I’m glad to see it has got it. But allow me to do my bit by placing this in my Honorary Class deviations, for its sheer scale of quality, and the emotional subject on the surface. Keep up the splendid work, Daxxe, one day you’ll conquer the world with naught more than a pen and your imagination.
P.S: Forgive me for all the words, probably my longest "commentique" to date.
